Ever had a stalker? No? You really aren't missing out.

So anyway... Stalker let most of her reptiles die from lack of care, but i was able to rescue one of them. A cute wittle baby Colombian Red Tail Boa Constrictor. Haven't decided yet, whether or not, i am going to keep it, but for now, his name is Oscar.

Last night, Zarek and I were invited to Shelley's place for a casual party. It was a very nice time, with great food and some familiar faces. Couldn't drink too much though, cause i was driving and even more importantly, driving with my son in the truck.

Also, A friend of mine moved to TN suddenly, and it seems as though she will be abandoning her shit, so i called her up and made her an offer on her tv. She accepted it and i went and picked it up. Guitar Hero III is much better now!!! Only problem is, it didn't fit in my entertainment center, so i took it outside to break it down and burn it in the pit. TV is sitting on a sturdy coffee table, now lined up against the wall, which is perfect, except now there is no where to put all the DVDs and VHS tapes.

Today I received a present from my mom. It is one of those memory foam mattress topper things. It came all vacuumed sealed in two bags and folded up all tiny. I just opened and unfolded it on top of the bed, so it can air in (opposite of air out.. get it? heh heh.. i crack myself up).

Work has been crazy this week, but lunches have been worth going. Today, the boss and I went grocery shopping at 4 different places. She is a sale hunter and I just like the variety when i shop, so it works out.

Okay.. guess that is enough for now...

To make a long story short, i found a lump in my armpit. As you might guess, i was a little concerned about it. Recently, it grew up to be a larger lump, and i made the decision to get my ass to the doc. I shouldn't have waited that long, but being a guy, i am dumb. Well yesterday, it starts getting even bigger and then starts to feel raw. By last night, it was rather painful, and when i woke up prematurely this morning, early, it was screaming at me. It felt like i don't know what on the inside, while the outside felt like a 3rd degree burn. It was horrible. I couldn't sleep, and couldn't find a position that suited me, cause they all hurt. So i got up, got showered, all pathetically, with limited motion in my left arm, and went to the doctor.

He tells me it is an abscessed sweat gland. Now this is a much better prognosis than my paranoid brain was coming up with, but none the less, it was an option i had considered. Sorta. So where do we go from here, doc? He explains in detail, that this really tender, really raw, really really sensitive pain machine, has to be popped open and drained. Without any anesthesia!!! The idea of sticking a needle in there to drain it was a horrible idea, but it was worse than that. He opened a 3mm hole in it. That is just under 1/4 of an inch. It was just about the worse pain I have ever dealt with. If it were my calf, or my forearm, it prolly wouldn't have been so bad, but right up in my armpit. After he popped it, and was sopping up the nastiness from within, he stood up to get a cold compress. Apparently, my face turned white(er), and i almost passed out.

Anyway. After the pain meds kicked in, about an hour later, i was much better. Came home and slept the day away. What a fucked up day.

Thursdays are... They are ... Thursdays!!!!

Tonight, chick has run off to work, as she usually does, and I don't think sitting at home tonight would be any fun, so i am gonna go out, if at all possible.

Astro says I should come to Raleigh and we can start up a party. Sounds like a winner to me!

Wednesdays seem to sparkle, with dew drops glistening in the sun's radiant glow, when you have the day off.

I just ate a couple BLT sandwiches and am drinking my orange Gatorade. These are a few of my favorite things!

Waiting for Chick to stir enough, so i may get away with playing some Guitar Hero, my new favorite thing.

So last night, i was at Joey's place and we were playing Guitar Hero III. I started to really like that game, and I wanted it, but i have an XBOX.. They didn't make it for the XBOX. I was sad.

So tonight i bought a PS2 and guitar hero III for it, with an extra guitar.

My left hand hurts. This game is going to take some getting used to.

So tonight was fun. I had a busy day at work and when it was over, i decided that i had just about enough of this week, so i took the rest of it off.. There was, however, another motive. Chick's bday was today! She turned a whole 28 and not wanting to let her be all bored, i needed to at least have tomorrow off, so we could hang out as long as it took. We went to Tacos Mexico in Apex, where laugh if you must, it is our favorite place to eat. We came back home, soon after, got cleaned up, and went to the burrow. Joey and Anna met us there, and soon Q had joined the group. We drank a few and watched a muffin eating contest, which made us feel sick to our stomachs.

Once we had all the fun we could there, we adjourned to Joey's where i was introduced to two things.

1. Some fucking new karaoke game which was bad ass!!!!!!

2. guitar hero III: i must say.. if it were possible, i would snort a fat line of guitar hero up my nose and get it over with. That game could be an addiction for me.

Once it was decided that Chick had had all the fun she was gonna need for the night, we plopped ourselves into my truck and headed straight home. She is on the couch watching tv and i am here tell you all about now. What is happening right now? this is happening now. This is now now. Soon, it will be later, but not now.

Night!

Okay, so i am not all that pumped about Sundays. I mean sure, I have the day off, but I know it is short lived and will be followed by a Monday. Mondays are about the worst thing out there. I am thinking that after this coming monday, i might just call it a week.

Last night was good times. A friend came over and I cooked a delicious dinner, then lit up a huge bonfire, which kind of put last weekends fire to shame. Once we were able to get close enough to it, that our skin didn't melt off, we roasted marshmellows and ate smores. Few beers and a few more laughs later, Shelley went home, chick got off of work, and we finished off the fire in style.

I really like Saturdays. Last night, on my way home from work, I went and picked up the boy. We went to kroger and bought some nice ribeye steaks with the rib bone still attached. YUM! Came home and grilled them with some taters Au Gratin and corn.

Today, the boy and I are gonna have another bonfire and roast some marshmellows over it and make smores. My friend Shelley is prolly gonna come over and may bring her kid, which is about the same age as mine. Gonna cook some hot italian sausage, sliced in a medley of onions and bell peppers, sauteed in olive oil, garlic and pepper! God damn today will be nice.

Today was monday.. Super fun and packed with tons of excitement.. either that, or it is grueling and tedious.. you decide. I am very much waiting for this week to be over and the party to start. A buddy of mine has volunteered to get the keg and tap, so that is all good, but i still need to get burger meat, buns, dogs and charcoal and shit like that.. Saturday night, though, is supposed to bring mild temps.. mid 50's after a day in the 70s

WOOT!!!

Hi
Well Saturday, i went and bought a lawnmower, cause my yard desparately needed a hair cut. Mowed the front yard, though the backyard will have to wait until this weekend. I bought two games for the xbox.. Tetris Worlds(sucks my fat ass) and Burnout Revenge (which comes after burnout 3). Burnout rocks so much. I am not easily pulled from my xbox anymore and i hardly ever even looked at it before.

Chick got some bad news today, so i'm feeling a bit concerned for her right now. I know things will get better, but tough times can be rough on a person.

Work today was rather boring, but in a nice way. I used my bordom wisely and took smoke breaks in the beautiful weather as often as possible. I joked around with my boss a bit, over the incompetence of our employees, and then got caught up on several small projects that i had been putting off.

Hmmm.. I think that is it for now.. Just me, a beer and a smile.

This morning i woke up too early, but that is okay.. Better to be up too early than to sleep the whole day away. My son is over this weekend and we watched some movies last night and today, he is building maps for a game he likes to play. Thinking that the three of us need to get out of the house and maybe go eat lunch somewhere.

Other than that, i am still waiting for my Tegu to wake up from his hibernation.. I bet he will be hungry when that happens.

Well.. the last couple of days, i had been sick.. Not too sure what was wrong with me, but felt really achy and feverish and just generally bad.. It started Sunday night, but i went to work on Monday anyways.. Work doesn't stop because i do, but tuesday i said screw it and stayed home. Yesterday, i was still feeling a little bad, but worked and it wasn't so bad, i guess.

Today, i just feel blah, but maybe that is real life and not sickness anymore. Soon I need to get in the shower and then off to work again..

What a boring post..

Well last went rather well. Met up with a couple good friends and went out to Kings. The first couple of bands were aweful, but they did help to keep the mood going. The last band was pretty damn good. I don't remember what they were called, and there vocals sucked, but the music was very talented.

We all got pretty drunk, but i stopped early. Someone has to drive the wasted around. So, after Kings, we headed to this guy's house in downtown raleigh and had a few more beers, among other things, and we laughed a lot and talked about pointless shit. It was fun.. Then off to IHOP.. Been a long time since i have been there and my colon is reminding me of why i waited so long.

After all that, it was 5am and we decided it was time to come home.. Sleeping never felt so good!

Work has been pretty aweful these last few weeks. Workload is very heavy and tentions are high, but hey.. such is life. It is finally Saturday and slept in til 11:30. This was amazing for me, since i usually never sleep past 7am. Today will be a fun filled adventure of cleaning and perhaps even cage building. Need to build seven cages, each seven feet long and have to have them done and set up by July, so i better get busy.

I started using myspace recently, and holy god, i found a bunch of my old friends from California that i thought i would never talk to again. This is a good thing, cause next time i visit, it would be nice to know people again.

So anyways.. That is Saturday. Thinking i might do this more often, but not totally convinced yet. I will have to wait and see.
